The bathroom wall was moldy, bathroom door was rotten, and the bathroom fan was broken. The actual walls, even the trash can had mold. Once you step into the room, it had a moist/moldy smell. The bed itself had mold.

Although I had a misunderstanding at checkout. I still overall liked the place. Simple and exactly what you need without the extra cost. They need more hotels like this.. simple but effective. From a psychology standpoint, their business model is genus. The best way to do more business, is to go below your competitors price. That’s what makes the hotel so great. The price and the location. Thanks for a good stay although I was highly skeptical at first & was told not to stay here by locals

Our reality was that it was a place to lay our heads but not somewhere where we would want to hang out long. The room smelled of mildew. There were definitely parts of the room where you could see mold. For the price, I guess it was fine, but definitely don't expect anything new and fancy. We didn't get to use the pool area, but it looked nice enough. There wasn't much for breakfast - no hot foods like eggs, breakfast meat, etc. Just basic cereal, muffins, toast.

The location was very convenient to the universal parks, with free shuttle services to some parks as well. However, there's a weird smell in the rooms, limited amenities, and thin walls.

When arriving to the hotel the front desk receptionist was who helped us was very kind however the older gentleman that was with him who seemed to be the manager was very short and rude. Upon entering the room the bed was unmade and appeared as if someone had laid in it. The furniture clearly had not been wiped down and there were stains on some furniture. This place is definitely not what it appears to be on the photos when booking. I definitely will not be staying here in the future and I highly do not recommend.

We stayed here only because everything else was sold out. The sheets were dirty, and the floors were filthy. There were no comforters on the beds. There was rust on the lamps and mold on the walls. It was humid and very stinky in the room. We didn't even want to use the shower, and we got out of there as quick as we could. The pictures online were decent but when we got to the room, we were extremely disappointed. Definitely won't stay here again.

My experience here was below expectations. The room and property felt dirty and poorly maintained, giving off more of a motel vibe than a hotel. Everything about the stay was pretty mediocre and bare minimum. While there are restaurants within walking distance, the overall convenience wasn’t great, especially since the shuttle to the parks does not run early enough. If you want to get to the parks when they open, you’ll need to rely on Lyft or Uber. I wouldn’t stay here again.
