Our elegant five bedroom, five bath villa features a gentle saltwater pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed and large lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Saltwater pool is gentle on the eyes and skin yet much cleaner than average pools with harsh chemical sanitizing agents. Complimentary Gas BBQ grill for outdoor family BBQ fun and sun.

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM
Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 65" Smart TV, BlueStream Cable TV. Stream your own subscriptions or watch cable tv. Converted garage features private gameroom features a pool table and air hockey table for more family time enjoyment.

FIVE BEDROOMS -- SANCTUARIES
Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are elegant master king suites with ensuite shower rooms on the lower floor. A queen-sized master, also on the lower floor, has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, are junior twins suites: one Mickey-Mouse-themed twins room (with 2 twin beds) and 1 "Finding Dory" themed twins room (with 2 twin beds). The master beds are topped with plush two to three inch Lucid memory foam mattress toppers for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. Junior suites have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable and DVD player.

Everything was as listed. Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of 5 and room to spare. The home was spotless and well taken care of. We didn’t end up using the resort amenities but the water slides and splash area looked like fun for the kiddos. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after busy days and the kids never wanted to leave it. The location was ideal for all main attractions which was so appreciated. It never took more than 15 minutes or so to get to Disney. Our host provided very detailed info for the home so we were prepared on our arrival and she was available if we needed her ( which we didn’t as everything went perfectly smooth) Absolutely would stay here again!!

The villa is located in the Windsor Hills community, which is about 15-18 minutes from the Disney parks. There's a Walmart about a mile away, which was very convenient. Windsor Hills is also located in close proximity to Hwy 192 and its numerous restaurants and the community has 24/7 security, which was reassuring.Regarding the villa itself, it was very clean and spacious and we had more than enough space. The house was tastefully decorated and it was very obvious the owners had taken very good care of their villa. My wife and our 3-year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely. We also appreciated the pool alarm, sliding glass door locks, and safety fencing around the pool. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, etc and all appliances as expected. My wife and I enjoyed the Foosball table and there was also a pool table. Janine, the owner, was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. One of the reasons that we chose this house was because there was no carpet anywhere in the house, only tile and hardwood, which in my experience makes for a cleaner rental property. If I had to list any potential negative it would be the mattresses were pretty soft and that might be a problem for someone with back issues. But overall, the villa was excellent, as was the communication with the owner, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Disney.The Bordens

12 minutes to Disney World Parks

From the start of the trip to finish, the customer service and cleanliness of the house was nothing but top notch. Each person had their own bathroom and bed which was amazing after a long day at the parks. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing after a long day as well. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was exceptional in keeping the house cool during the 100 degree days. I cannot thank Janine and her team enough for an unforgettable trip! I will definitely be back!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Super clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was amazing. Super friendly hosts that were easy to get ahold of if anything came up. The house is close to everything! We really enjoyed the pool and our kids had a blast at the waterpark! Will definitely be saving this property for our future trips to Orlando. This is also the first place we’ve stayed at the each room had a floor fan! Huge bonus for us because we are all fan sleepers no matter the weather.

We have stayed at a number of Orlando properties, and this one tops our list of favourites. Beautiful community, great home, and the best owners we have ever dealt with. Janine was incredibly diligent and responsive, even communicating with us immediately upon our arrival when the initial door code did not work - she responded as we were struggling with the entry, reset the code and got us in within 2 minutes, which was greatly appreciated after a long day’s travel. Could not recommend this property more.
