The master suite houses one king bed, a second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full beds. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. This beautiful condo can easily accommodate eight guests.

The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and worn out. The furniture in the living room was not as pictured and was also worn out. I could fill the springs in the cushions and it was very hard. The condo itself was in need of deep cleaning and being updated. There was mold in the bathrooms around the shower fixtures. They were a quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had and I was thankful for that.

The condo was the perfect fit for our group! The location was perfect, the unit had everything we expected, and the amenities at Vista Cay make this a perfect spot for when we return to Orlando. The resort is beautiful and convenient location. The cleaning staff did not clean the condo week before our arrival. The floors were dirty and there was mold in the shower. We enjoyed our stay but wanted you to know since you’re paying die a cleaning service.

The unit itself is very nice however the furniture is awful.

The mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. It’s horrible. I also had to put sheets and the extra blankets over both couches because they were so stained and dirty that I didn’t not want anyone to sit on them. All the furniture in this unit needs to be replaced.

Everything was good overall. I only had 2 concerns. The furniture didn’t look to clean. They had visible stains on them and checking in could’ve been more informative. I didn’t receive a notice about how to check-in since it was my first time. I had to make multiple calls to the company in order to receive my pass code for entry. Finally, after an hour has passed, I was able to check into our property. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The condo couldn't be a better location if you are coming for a conference. Well-appointed, with the necessities, coffee filters, trash bags, soap etc. The shuttle for the convention center stops directly out the front door. Great proximity to Walgreens, the pool, gym and resort bar.

Everything was as described. Please please please spend some money on a new mattress for the master bedroom. 5 nights on a $50 mattress after walking 10 miles a day at the theme parks is cruel and unusual punishment.

Great Resort

The resort itself is phenomenal. We really enjoyed the large pool and the pina coladas from the pool bar. We really liked how close we were to the attractions. The location is great. The condo itself was okay. The king bed needs a major upgrade. The pillows were stiff and the bed itself made ALOT of noise when we would get on or move the slightest. Also the TVs needs an upgrade. Since they’re not smart TVs, we couldn’t watch Netflix or Hulu and we struggled with the DVD player. When we made the DVD player work, the image quality was awful. I would also say update the area rug. It was dirty when we got there and it looks dirty in general as well as the sofa pillows. Other than that, the condo has everything available to enjoy your stay. And the whole check-in, entering the resort and condo, and check-out was very easy and convenient. I would rent from this property manger again at this resort but would get a more updated condo.
