Prague Sunrise is a high-demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated, was recently updated, remodeled and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Free access to all Windsor at Westside Resort amenities including clubhouses & community pool / lazy river.

The home is professionally decorated, was recently updated, with new flooring on Master Ensuite, New Sun Loungers and much more.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms and gaming room. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 - Mario Theme Room has one twin bed and one bunk bed with full bed down and twin bed up (Room Recently Renovated). Bedroom 4 - Minion Theme Room, has a bunk bed with one twin and one full bed. Bedroom 5 has one Queen bed. Bedroom 6 has one Queen Bed with a Modern Pink theme.

For added enjoyment upstairs, a pool table was recently added for a little friendly competition, and also an office desk with a chair if you have some work to do while staying in the property.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Being wrongfully charged due to horrible conditions the house was in prior to arrival. Do not rent if you dont want to be disappointed and over charged. It is old and ran down but I decided to overlook it until I realized they were trying to charge me for their already ran down home IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS

Awesome Family Gathering Place

Surprised with how open the property felt inside; six bedrooms but never felt we were crowded. A few hiccups with the pool (cloudy) and a few items needing care, but overall satisfied. The community resort amenities made up for 2 days of no pool usage. Would rent again IF all items corrected and they would get a 5-star review.

Lovely House!

The house is very beautiful and spacious, just as pictured. Everything was clean and was just what we needed for the perfect getaway. I have zero complaints. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again in the future.

Great location

Only complaint I have is I wished the house was stocked better. We had to purchase seasonings, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Brian was super helpful and very accommodating. The house is nice with plenty of room for large groups. The pool was super refreshing on there hot days.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. The decor in the home was warm, welcoming and well thought out. The only negative was that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but we simply went to the store and boughta bag of ice. We most definitely plan to book this home again.

Great Large Family Home

House layout was really nice. Stairs and upstairs carpet could use a good cleaning or at least spots cleaned up. Cobwebs over main level bedroom lamps and many of the corners. Nothing I could take care of. Coffee maker but no filters. We left our extras of toilet paper, paper towels. Also bought kitchen dish clothes and towel and left them. These are all minor things as we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is large, the neighborhood is good. It was great having a hot tub and pool as well as the resort pool. The only issues we had were inadequate supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and cleaning items.

Great rental house

Everything was great. Pool and spa worked perfectly and got nice and hot. Amenities are great and an unexpected perk. Nice areas to walk through the neighborhoods, convenient location overall. The only downsides, no crib/pack and play or baby gates. Not that this is a requirement or was stated to be available but we vacation in Florida multiple times a year and 99% of the time the houses have these. Had to run out and buy that, plus a cooking pan, but no big deal. Would return and recommend! 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location and beautiful home!

Overall this rental was great! Clean home except for very dirty/sticky carpets throughout second floor. Air vents also very dusty. Other than that staff was responsive and helpful. Location convenient for all parks! Wish community pool and splash area were more accessible. We had to drive to use those amenities. Would definitely recommend to others!

The property overall was great! It was large enough to accommodate our family of 9. Communication to access the property received timely and easy. The online description and pics was accurate. Great place!

This was a great house to stay at. The property was clean and nice. There were stains on the carpet here and there but overall very nice. Only real complaint I have is they didn't have toilet paper in every bathroom to start out, so we had to run out and get some.

Month long stay went well

We certainly enjoyed our stay. Noise from loud neighbors quieted down after January 3, thankfully. House was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Neighborhood pool is not heated but patio area is spectacular and very quiet. Had to find out from others that the promised heated pool with kiddie features and lazy river is an an adjoining neighborhood but it was short and worthwhile drive when our grands visited. Mail and package delivery were not possible and not stated in advance. We had to arrange it through the corporate office but they were very helpful. The size and condition of the table and chairs on the patio at the house was awful and did not at all match the quality of the rest of the furnishings. Only 3 stools at kitchen counter was strange when four would easily fit. Overall, very positive month in beautiful Florida!
