The property was a perfect size for us and was very clean. As expected for a pool in Florida it eas not heated and the water was cold due to the air temperatures. The management company was very responsive to a couple of issues that we had.Overall it was a great location and a great value.

The house itself is nice, the kitchen is stocked with the bare minimum, the pictures show a bbq but the tank rental is extra. The area is great, close to shopping and restaurants. The management staff were excellent, any concerns were addressed immediately. We would stay there again.

Lovely villa in great location

We had a fabulous stay in this villa and the only downside is the stains on the carpets which is a shame as it spoils what would be a luxury feel; Maria was always on hand if we needed her. The pool was great and warm enough; we never enquired about heating but not needed. All the parks are 15/20 minutes away and Walmart is literally round the corner. We didn’t use any facilities onsite so I can’t comment about those but I would definitely recommend staying here

It could've been more cleaner bed sheets were dirty house had a strong odor and there were broken stuff in the house like toilet will keep running door screen was just hanging water handle didnt work for the one the sinks pool area had privacy screen hanging broken

Shortfalls

The house was great. It lacked a few basic things like serving bowls, hot pads and oven mitts. The other challenge was the pool people shocked the pool while we were we there. They did not ask if we were using the pool. It caused us to stay out of the pool for the rest of the afternoon. Good thing we did not have little kids

Pros & Cons ** Cons 1. Upon arriving to the house, the door code didn't work. After calling, they provided us another door code and stated the battery must have went bad in the door. 2. Upon entering the house, the house was like a sauna. The A/C did kick in relatively quick thankfully. 3. While the house has a nice kitchen, it's not very useful. Outside of silverware, cups, bowls and plates, there is little else. Basic cooking items like a sheet pan or thongs are not available. Basic items like salt & pepper, are not available. 4. There are TVs in every room. They are very small. They do have Roku apps installed so you can watch Netflix or whatever is desired. But you have to find remotes. One room didn't have one, and the main room didn't have working batteries. 5. The house has 4 bedrooms. One bed was like a rock, one was missing a top sheet, and all 5. Upon returning to the house on day 3 of 4, a dead roach was sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor. 6. There was less than a full roll of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms with no spare in the house. 7. They give very few towels and no way to wash them (no detergent).

Roaches and Dirty Carpet

The bedroom carpet is dirty (dark spots on the floor), the pool was full of bugs without the proper pool cleaning supplies, the bedroom floor and rug with the twin beds was soaked from the a/c unit, and after we brought food in THE ROACHES CAME OUT. The owner would NOT give us a partial refund for our inconvenience. The policy said we had to report the issues with the first 24 hours. We checked in on Sunday and didn't bring food in until Tuesday. The floor in the bedroom was wet by Tuesday. The roaches fly and a few were as LONG as my finger!! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE.

House and location were very nice. Hosts were very responsive. Only issue we had was the pool guy came at 11:30 and told us we had to get out of the pool for 2 hours which was a bummer lol. Raccoons got into the trash we set out one time but i would definitely come back!
