✓ Overflow parking is available around the clubhouse and sports courts with prior approval — just note that street parking isn’t permitted per resort rules.
✓ Windsor Hills limits driveways to two vehicles max, and any violations are subject to resort towing (we don’t have control over this).
✓ As with most Florida homes, you may occasionally see small outdoor critters like lizards or frogs — they’re harmless and part of the local charm! (optional if you’ve had guests mention it before)
✓ Windsor Hills Waterpark and splash pad are under renovation and repair 2/13/26. The Lagoon pool is still open.
