The house was spacious. The resort amenities were fantastic. We didn’t end up using the pool at the house, it wasn’t very warm even after paying to have it heated; but the resort pool was not busy and was very enjoyable. We visited with two teens and they found plenty to keep them happy.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great stay. The house, the size, and the location are great. We walked in to kill 3 roaches and thought nothing of it but that night and the next day we kept killing roaches. The property manager was alerted and she responded with letting me know they would address it. We only stayed 2 nights. The freezer was very dirty snd food was left in it. The house did smell as if someone smoked but my husband said it could be the detergent they used to clean. The wifi didn’t work based on the directions given. The house is nice with accomodations and furniture and the beds were comfortable. We just had a few misses on other things.

My family and I stayed in this townhouse and it was very clean, in a nice, quiet location, not to far from anything. The townhouse had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Hayley made sure everything was perfect. If we needed to get in contact with her for anything her response was quick. They made our stay very relaxing, enjoyable, and worry free. Entry code was changed and we werent informed. Bathroom outlet was broken. We paid for heated pool and it was never heated. Sent several messages and never received a response left returned

At first look the property appeared nice, but cleanliness wasn’t to our liking. Wanting to not dampen the trip we done some cleaning ourselves and didn’t complain. After coming back from a long day in the parks we found our food covered in roaches. The guest contact we were given was incredibly nice and seemed to want to help, but the management company was unwilling. We initially wanted to just move to another property, but they sent us listings and told us we would need to book and pay for another place ourselves and then request a refund. Meaning we would have to pay for 2 places through them, and hope to get one back. They finally agreed after hours of back and forth to refund the remainder of the week and we booked elsewhere. They didn’t seem to care at all that we were in a property with a serious roach problem.
