With a capacity of 16+ guests, this house has 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A private pool is available so you can cool off from Florida’s heat by immersing into the refreshing water whenever you need to. Laundry room is a fully included service. Linens and towels are provided, along with a kit of basic house supplies.

On Bella Vida Resort you will also enjoy of Community Pool, Fitness Center, Game Room, Children’s Playground, Basket & Volleyball Courts.

Nos gusto esta propiedad hubo buena comunicacion con el anfitrion las indicaciones fueron precisas y correctas,lo unico malo q encuentro es el poco espacio q hay para la basura es un banco q es algo chiquito.Un espacio familiar,tranquilo,limpio para compartir bien a gusto tiene muchas cosas cerca como supermercado,restauranes,gasolineras,etc.En general nos gusto esta propiedad y una de mis amistades q asisitio le gusto y mas adelante estara contactando a traves del link q le estuve enviando de esta hermosa propiedad.

Our Stay

We stayed for 5 days in March 2025. The house itself was great for what we needed. We were all comfortable and happy. We did have some issues getting into the gate. I never recieved the QR codes, so that left us scrambling. And then the gate wouldnt let some of us in. But the communication with the property manager was awesome and they got it taken care of quickly. There was a lot of garbage laying around the property and our outside garbage container was overflowing when we got there from the previous people. They told us the pool closed at a certain time and then they closed it early. So the teenagers were disappointed. But overall it was fine. We made it work and we were all happy. I will warn you, watch out for the raccoons at the trash dumpster. My husband screamed like a girl when they ran out.

Communication with owner was great. Location wasn’t too bad to the parks, the condo could use a good power washing, lots of mold, mold eating away screens in the windows, thin walls to the neighbors, and the condo smelled like smoke even though it is a “no smoking” unit. That is the only thing that really bothered us (headaches). The trash situation is interesting, one small bin in the shape of a bench that holds only 1medium bag. There is a big trash dump on site if you can and have a car to dump the trash to avoid build up. Parking is on the opposite side of unit. We did not take advantage of the big pool community center, too tired after all day at the parks. Spacious unit, needs more living room seating (we had party of 6). Nice washer and dryer on site and they provide shower and pool towels.
