I never leave reviews, and I don’t consider myself a very picky person, but I would give this place zero stars if I could.
A lot happened in our booked two night stay, so I’ll sum it up very briefly.
First night, we get to the room, no A/C. Front desk guy basically says tough luck since the manager wasn’t there, and they can give us a new room tomorrow night. We got no sleep due to the heat of the room. (Side note, the neighbors banged on our in-between door for blowing up an air mattress because the door doesn’t stop any noise.) That morning they tell us the same thing, that we’d get a new room that night.
We get back from universal at like 11pm, and they told us someone fixed our A/C, but we had already packed up and moved all of our stuff from the room that morning. So we bring our stuff back to the room, just to see the A/C still doesn’t work, and not to mention, the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
They then try moving us to another room, but we end up walking in on a sleeping couple, because that room was occupied.
At this point, we just get a full refund and go somewhere else.
This place is cheap, yes, and there’s a reason. Spend the extra bit of money and go somewhere nicer.
