Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Carrabba's, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, Subway and Red Lobster.
Nearby Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Ross, TJ Max, Olive Garden, On The Border, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Loganâs, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Bonefish Grill, Hooters, Orlando Ale House and Applebeeâs. Also, Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by.
Disney can be reached in about 10 minutes, Universal Studios in about 25 minutes and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast in about 60 minutes and Orlando International is 25 minutes.
Our 6 bedroom 6 bathroom villa at Emerald Island Resort has boasts a south facing pool and spa with no rear neighbors.
Bedroom 1 downstairs is a queen master with a T.V and en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 2 upstairs is a king master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom with seperate tub and shower.
Bedroom 3 upstairs is a themed twin bedroom with a T.V and access to a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4 upstairs is a themed twin bedroom with a T.V and a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 5 upstairs is a themed king bedroom with a T.V. and en-suite.
Bedroom 6 upstairs is a king master with T.V and en-suite bathroom.
The family room has three large comfortable leather sofas and a big TV for you to enjoy while overlooking the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and hob and fridge freezer.
The breakfast nook area has a table that provides seating for six.
There is a seperate dining area has a table that provides seating for eight.
Upstairs you will find an additional seating area and T.V, which is great for movie nights.
There is a large screened pool and spa which can be heated if required for an additional charge. This spacious south facing pool deck offers no rear neighbors, a lanai with plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs.
There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The garage houses the games room which has a pool table, air hockey table and fuseball table.
The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. If you need to ring long distance or International you will need to purchase a calling card from one of the stores. There is free Wi-Fi so just bring your devices and log in.
Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle. There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per property is six (6).
