So why stay in a hotel room when you can have a home in a Resort?

For your pleasure and enjoyment, the Paradise Palms Resort amenities include; a large clubhouse with a convenience store and coffee shop, fitness room to keep your exercise routine on vacation, 50 seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court, pickle ball, volley ball, tropical lagoon pool and several spas, children s pool and play area for the little ones, Arcade & game room, internet library, meeting room, concierge and front desk service.

The entire townhome is for you solely for yourself & family/guests.

All resort amenities are available for you to use which include, pool, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, movie theatre, business center. Games room you pay with tokens from the machine within for aracade games.
Tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball & volleyball all included.
Childrens play ground also!
Tiki bar serves lunch & dinner. Menus available at the bar & you pay for when ordering. Full service bar to enjoy cocktails by the pool. Happy hour everyday 5 - 7 pm.

A beautifully landscaped walking trail and a number of golf courses are nearby. Restaurants, shopping, water parks and Orlando nightlife are just around the corner.

During the winter months the pool can be heated. Usually we recommend between October & April. The cost is $30.00 per day plus applicable taxes. The minimum for pool heat is 3 days.

Paradise Palms stay

We were very impressed by both the property and the communications we had with Denise, everything was super clean when we got there and the kitchen was well equipped. My mam loved the en-suite room on the ground floor and my son loved the pool (he said it was his favourite part of his holiday) with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms there was more than enough space for all 7 of us. We were within easy reach of all the Disney parks - we did not go to universal this time. There was a great selection of restaurants (for all budgets) within 5 minutes drive, Culvers, Portillos and Raising Cane and Texas Roadhouse were our favourites. We would definitely come back again although next time there will only be 4 of us so we may need a smaller property.

The Disney Experience

Our 2 week family holiday was wonderful. We were a family of 6 guests, ages ranging from 7 years to 71 years young all staying at the paradise Palms resort from the 30th of June for 2 weeks. We particularly liked that it was a gated resort and felt very save at all times during our stay. The house was spotless on arrival and everything you expect inside a holiday home was home from home, everything you needed on a daily basis was available. The resort was great too, fantastic pool area, snacks and drinks available to purchase at the bar. My grandson loved the games room which you have to pay for separately. We also used the cinema room twice during our stay, this is available to everyone. The Disney attractions are all close by, so the location was spot on for us. We hired a car and used the private parking space in front of the house. Our host Denise was exceptional, from the beginning on booking our holiday home and keeping in touch with us as when needed during our stay in Florida. We have been to Florida 4 times now and have always rented a house. This resort is top of the list due its location to the attractions, the amenities inside the gated community and excellent communication with our host, thank you Denise. Oh, I forgot to mention the pool, it was a nice feature to have. We made more use of the big communal pool on 2 resting days which was great for the whole family. Don’t hesitate to book this location, it’s spot on! Moira from Scotland.

clean cozy home, but appliances and technology is outdated

Good morning. Our stay at your property for 3 days was very nice. I was a little disappointed at your dated technology. Almost every home rental we have been to have updated appliances and tvs. I was disappointed that none of your tv's were smart tvs. We had two little boys to entertain who mostly stream online, We didn't have that option. The only thing I could do was put it on my laptop for my boys to watch. Please please update your appliances and your tv's. Many people no longer subscribe to cable anymore. It may be something you may need to put to vote with your clients. Thank you B. Patel

Great stay in Kissimmee

This condo is located in a great area- maybe a 15 minute ride to the WDW parks and 20 to Universal. It is well appointed with plenty of space for our group of 7, as well as a short walk to the pool and exercise facility. Denise was very communicative and helpful as well! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Run Disney Stay

Amazing!

Clean and had EVERYTHING we needed including a fan for white noise!!! Super clean and quiet—plenty of space and there was literally NOTHING we reached for that was not there. So close to Disney parks. Would stay here again.

EXCELLENT TRIP!

The townhouse is spacious, nicely decorated, plenty of bedrooms for a large group and has it's own private pool! The owners were quick to communicate and were very easy to talk to. I highly recommend choosing them for your vacation and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful Place To Stay!

So very close to Disney! The home itself is very clean and cozy. The pool in the back was beautiful for early morning swims and we enjoyed the large community pool as well!

The house was very clean and well-equipped for all our necessities. The beds were comfortable and the enclosed pool area was great to relax in after a long day at the parks. The pool was small but perfect for us and was a max 4 ft. deep, great for kids. The pool at the clubhouse was really great and the staff at the clubhouse were friendly and very helpful.

Amazing Vacation

Property was just as the pictures showed. Very clean, close to Disney parks, easily accessible. Kids had so much fun in the pool after spending a day at the parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. Really fantastic

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this property on our Disney vacation. There were three adults, two teenagers, and two younger kids. We all had plenty of room. The master bed was very comfortable, and I loved the fact that there was a linen closet upstairs with plenty of towels! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could need, and I loved the wonderfully long counter in the kitchen! The property was very clean as well. Our stay in a word was fantastic ❀

Great condo!

We loved all the space! We loved the private pool! Bathrooms and bedrooms are updated. Very large kitchen and nice patio. Convenient parking right in front of the condo. Quick replies and resolution for minor issues. The communication was excellent. The speed bumps in the condo development were horrible but on the positive side if you have kids playing it’s very safe!

Cozy Getaway

We had a wonderful last couple days staying at this cozy home. The rooms were sizable and comfortable. They had everything needed for a family who would like to cook their own meals at home. We would definitely stay again. The only down fall is that there wasn’t a whole lot of parking space the place only one stall allocated (which is stated in the checkin communication). While there are limited space that are open parking, its VERY limited. We had two cars and it was hard to find parking. Other than that, our overall experience was great!
