Our Condo is in the Heart of Orlando! Just 10 minutes to Disney World, 5 minutes to Universal Studios, 2 minutes to Sea World. You can literally walk to the Orlando convention center, the second largest convention facility in America.

Our condo is the largest floor plan which offers single floor living, 2100 Sq Ft, 3 Beds, 2 Baths and can sleep up to 10 guests.

Our living room is spacious, making it perfect for a group trip or a large family gathering, wireless internet access and a lot of board games.

Our kitchen is fully furnished for you to choose when to eat in and when to eat out.

The master bedroom has a luxury King Size pillow top mattress. The second bedroom features a new high quality Queen Size mattress. The third bedroom offers 2 Full beds with comfy memory mattress; a Queen Sofa-bed in the den. All beds have luxury cotton sheets to add that extra comfort to your stay.
All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions so everyone can have their own space when needed. (65' HDTV in the living room, 50' HDTV in the Master Bedroom, 42' HDTV in the den and 32' HDTV in two other bedrooms. Cable TV, lots of channels )

Our stay was great! Rooms were clean and towels were readily available for the family. Very comfortable vibes, and the pool was great for the family. Huge thanks to Emma as well—our flights were canceled, and she was quick to respond and able to accommodate our extended stay. She really helped turn a stressful situation into a smooth experience!

Very Upscale and Perfect Location

This condo was 10/10 I highly recommend it. The owner is so friendly! We were less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios and less than 10 minutes from Sea World. It’s walking distance from a Publix and restaurants. Over 2100 square feet and has everything you need for your stay.

What a great place to stay near SeaWorld and all that Orlando has to offer on International Drive. A short drive to Disney Springs and Disney attractions. Beautiful, spacious condo for our whole family. We will be back!

Excellent and clean place convenient to universal studios

We loved our stay at the condo. The information from the host was very thorough and clear. We had the info plenty of time ahead of check in. It is a very roomy and nice condo with all kinds of conveniences that are so helpful on vacation like ice and filtered water in the fridge and a washer and dryer. It has a nice sunset view with palm trees outside the windows. Very easy and quick drive to Universal despite construction along the way. Cons include dented mattresses and not many places for toiletries in the showers. Overall it was great and we plan to come back!

Great rental for families

We stayed here for a 3 day volleyball tournament at the convention center. The property was spacious, well furnished, clean and very close to the North / South concourse at the convention center. Definitely one of the nicer rentals we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Spacious, with a large TV

We enjoyed our stay here. The living area was very spacious and the large tv was great for watching a little football on Sunday. The location is good and the bedrooms were all solid. The floors and showers could have been much cleaner. There was more debris there than there should’ve been after a cleaning crew comes through to clean a property.

The condo was just as advertised. Perfect location for Universal Studios and not to far from Disney. Cleaning crew I think forgot to finish cleaning the condo before we arrived. Shower could use some bleach along with the shower head. There was a random sock in one of the rooms. Dust bunnies everywhere. They came 2 days after we checked in to get the sock and drinks they left behind. Notified the owner and she said she would make a report. She was awesome!
