I only had one issue. The distance from the elevator to the room. I had some issues finding the room, but I am 78. The lady who was monitoring the breakfast buffet was awesome. She help everyone by clearing the tables when the guest was finished & checking on each of the tables to aee if anything was needed.

Horrible service, especially regarding the free shuttle service. Had to order an Uber so that I wouldn't be late to the airport. No restaurants really in walking distance.

This is an average hotel with convenience of large space and close to airport. The shuttle and the hotel is understaffed. I tried to call for my family of 6 4x in a 30 min period and just kept getting hung up on. Staff at front desk were on phone when we arrived late at night. They were also still working when we did a late check out the next day. Rooms are clean but outdated. One bathroom was missing a door. Staff at breakfast were amazing and the breakfast was consistently restocked and good. The hotel did do well in allowing us an hour late check out but it def needs some work.
