Our home sits on a quiet premium water view lot in the best section of the renowned Bella Vita Resort. It offers stunning water and sunset views. The open floor plan and dining areas easily accommodate family groups for a magical vacation.

Please note that the Resort has very strict HOA guidelines and cannot allow more than 18 guests (all ages) to stay overnight.
Please set up a pool fence for children. Pool / Spa heating is provided by request with an additional fee of $40/day and $35/day for Spa heating ONLY.

Beautiful and spacious home... clean and highly functional. Host responds quickly and addresses questions/problems promptly. We wished there was a covered outside area around the pool, as Florida heats up and cover from the sun is needed. We purchased an outdoor oversized umbrella and made it work. Warning: be careful in the theater room. Wall where screen is located is a foam wall and easily perforated. One of my heavier guests leaned against it and fell as it gave way (cracked)... I made host aware and she was very understanding. I'd recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable place for a larger group. All bathrooms properly functional and it has two laundry rooms! Common areas are spacious and bedrooms are all comfortable and a generous size. The Kitchen has two full sized refrigerators and two dishwashers and is equipped with the necessary utilities. We enjoyed being a guest in this home.

Overall the house was nice. The sauna did not get hot even though we paid for it to be heated. There was still trash in the bin outside when we got to the home.But they did eventually come pick it up. One of the refrigerators still smelled like leftover tuna Fish/seafood, so we only use 1 of the refrigerators. Door knob broken on the upstairs bathroom. Other than that it was good.

Very enjoyable home. Lots of space for everyone in my group. The kitchen was large with 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers. Utensils and pots were provided. The host was awesome, They always responded when there was a question or problem. Check-in was simple with all the information sent prior to our arrival. I will definitely be booking a stay at this property again.

Family vacay

The house was really nice. There was enough space for everyone to relax and just chill whenever they wanted to but the living/dining area was spacious enough for us to have family game night and movie night. The pool is small but the kids loved it. There are pots, pans and dinnerware for large groups to cook instead of eating out everyday. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights. This trip was about connecting with family and we did just that.

We stayed for 2 nights and were gone most of the day. Did enjoy the pool and hot tub. Made dinners in the kitchen and washed clothing. The house had soaps, paper products and shampoo. Overall we were comfortable.
