It was a solid average hotel. Clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, which was pretty limited, except for some fruit and coffee. The coffee was fine. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The area seemed safe and had stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. A good value and would stay again.

This location does have $100 security deposit, not only for pets. Breakfast ends at 9am even on the weekend. It is further away from the parks and a drive to and nearby stores. One of the few hotels we've staued at withoit seeing any roaches, so thats a plus.

We will never stay at this location again. The renovation was good and the hotel outside feels moderately safe, staff was polite. ROOM, disgusting!!! The room was freshly painted and there were new tile floors. Freshly painted exterior as well. The only thing was the bedspreads had done stains on them. Overall it looked better than some of the other motels in the area.
