Horribly customer service
Book a room with a private pool. There was not a pool. There was an use able hot tub. That they refused to do anything about. We needed the private pool / hot tub bc of my mother's health problems and she could not be around groups of people. So she / we was stuck in the room unable to in enjoy the trip.

Great stay!
This is a great place to stay, villa is very large with big bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Only disappoint was the private hot tub did not work.
