Beautiful renovated 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo located in 'Ventura Country Club' in Orlando. Only 6 miles from Orlando international airport and only 20-30 minutes to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Want to go to a beach, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach only 50 minutes away.

Our recently renovated condo, located on the first floor is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, silverware, coffee pot/mugs, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, electric skillet, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, blender, mixer, toaster, and even the toothpicks.
There are three flat screen TV's, one in the den with DVD and one in each bedroom, 26' in master bedroom, 19' in second bedroom. All new furniture throughout.

Host was very communicative and knowledgeable. Very helpful and nice! The place was super cute, and had all of the amenities (even laundry!). The beds were really comfortable, and two full bathrooms was an awesome bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the Pool area, but that looks really nice as well, and was really really close to our room.

The condo was in an ideal location for me and my husband. It was located close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants, but most importantly, it was close to my daughter. She is planning her wedding in March and we were able to go dress shopping and locate the venue.

Great location near airport!

Communication with the property owner was great. Check-in procedures were easy with the front gate. Nice, quiet community. Clean. Comfy beds. We had a great trip, and this was partially due to the fact that we had a nice place to hang out during our down-time.

The condo was clean & well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus! We had a quick question on our arrival and the owner answered our call immediately. Pictures on the website were accurate & the condo amenities (3 pools) have us more options on site. We would stay here again!

A great place

The condo was clean and well stocked with things that you needed to cook or whatever you needed to do it had plenty of blankets pillows and whatever Debbie was a gracious host and was always available anytime I needed her The pool was lots of fun in the hot tub was great. A very peaceful quiet place and even my noisy teenage grandchildren didn't disturb it

Property as described in safe gated community

Nice little condo in gated community with security at gate. Nice pools but don't bring loud kids as it's a quiet community with rules. (That wasn't a problem for us) Good communication with property management. Although you hear some planes at night it will most likely not bother most guests. Would recommend for couples or families with older kids that can behave (no screaming babies or toddlers) as it's a quiet community.

Frankly, I found the location to be a very nice one. It is a quiet place and is also very close to the airport. and other locations are also close by. We recommend Ventura Country Club to everyone and especially the Southpointe address. Greetings from the Family of Norberto & Valdes.
