This was very conveniently located to Epic which is what we were after, the hotel was nice, clean and had basic amenities but seemed a little scarce, and simplistic. Beds were not as comfortable as we hoped but the room was big enough for our family of 4. I would consider staying again if we were coming to the parks if I did not need express access inside the parks. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub during downtime, and the restaurant had items we all enjoyed.

If you plan to stay in this property. Make sure to read this full review. They don’t clean the room everyday. So therefore, they don’t put towels in your room. I asked for towels in the service desk and they said they would bring them to the room. 3 days passed and they did not come. And the halls are so noise that they don’t let you sleep. It’s terrible. For the price I would have expected way better service.

The property was clean and staff friendly. The shuttle ran frequently and it was easy to get back and forth from the parks. Room was sparse, no character with Ikea like furniture. Lobby was the same. Expected more from a newer resort at its price point.

The property is appealing to the eye, simple, clean lines. However, the rooms are not being kept clean. There were humorous hair donors all over our room. The room needed to be swept and or vacuumed. I had to request two new pillows because two other pillows were for hair, different types of hair hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Not sure if this is the norm but 10 minutes to sweep vacuum would have done a world of good.
