From its group-friendly open-concept layout, to all the thoughtful touches and comforts of home, this fantastic house is top tier!

Relax on the back sundeck with a cool drink as you soak up that Florida sunshine! Plunge into your private outdoor swimming pool when it's time to cool off, and gather the fam around the indoor or outdoor dining table for a meal. You can add BBQ to the menu too, thanks to your outdoor grill. You'll love the fully equipped chef's kitchen and all that extra countertop space provided by the kitchen island. Stainless steel appliances for your use, including a dishwasher to handle all the clean up.

Kids of all ages will go wild for the game room featuring a Disney's The Lion King design. This jungle inspired room boasts a full sized pool table, plus 4 different old school arcade games. You'll also find a large Smart TV in there, and you can go ahead and stream all your favs.

The Toy Story bunk-bed playroom is perfect for the little ones. The cool mood lighting is provided by the life-size light-up "Woody," while mushroom stools and playful decorations bring rainbow colour to the space. There's also a secret Star Wars themed hideout room for the kids at the end of the ensuite bathroom that includes another TV for their entertainment.

Transport to a tropical island in the Queen bedroom inspired by Disney's Moana. It's a tiki-lovers paradise!

This home is located at the new Windsor Cay community, and while the clubhouse amenities are under construction, our guests get complimentary access to the Windsor Island Resort. Windsor Island Resort is the sister resort to the very popular Windsor at Westside resort close by. Windsor Island has amazing clubhouse amenities inspired by Hawaii. The community water park is the largest of the Windsor resorts and features a lazy river, waterslides, mini golf and more.

The Neighborhood:
Windsor Cay Resort is the newest vacation home community in the Orlando Disney area, just a short drive to all the major theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios. Great news! The Reef Club at Windsor Cay Resort officially opens on July 2. All guests staying at Windsor Cay should now use the brand-new amenities at The Reef Club rather than Windsor Island Resort.

• Blue Lagoon Tavern & Grille: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Food service begins July 2)
• Pool Deck & Water Amenities: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Mini Golf, Cornhole & Volleyball: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Please bring your own towels for the pool and water areas. A limited supply is available for purchase at the amenity center.

To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you!

• The closet in bedroom 3 has been converted into a TV room specifically for the kids.
• The backpacks you see in the bedroom are purely for decoration and add a little flair to the space. While they look great, they’re not available for guest use. Thanks for understanding

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
- Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
