The primary suite, with 2- full XL sized beds includes a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. A second full bathroom is shared between the second and third bedroom with full XL sized bunk beds.

- You will also have access to Vista Cay Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and a fully equipped fitness facility. (The amenities are open from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, the gym operates from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM)

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• Guests will need access cards to use the clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are provided at no cost



•No mailbox available. USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as we cannot receive or store packages. Guests may also use nearby Amazon lockers. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only.



• There are two parking spaces for electric cars with EV charger available near the office for guests.



• Water play still not available.



HOUSE RULES

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
