This is a contemporary and fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit. All rooms feature wood flooring. We have taken professional care to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization, with extra precautions for disinfection to protect our guests.

The condo boasts a beautiful and modern master suite with a King-sized bed, a second bedroom with two full-sized beds, and a third bedroom with two full-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available at the living room. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

For families with young children, we offer a portable crib (Pack and Play) and highchair at no extra charge. Each room is equipped with a 40" LED smart TV, while the living room features a 50" TV. Cable tv is available. Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is also available.

The modern and open kitchen includes a spacious granite countertop and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a regular coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home experience.

There are two full bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. In-unit amenities also include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Situated on the third floor, with elevator access, our community features a heated resort-style pool with kids splash zone , firepit areas, jacuzzi and Pool Bar. Free parking is conveniently located in front of the building.

Amazing stay at this property! Our group of 4 women felt very safe. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Aside from the unit itself being exceptionally clean, the entire property, amenities, grounds, etc. were all very well cared for. The way the trash is collected daily from the assigned bin right outside unit door is a small detail that I have never experienced in any other VRBO property. Our group joked that we had "trash fairies" - you never saw the trash being picked up, but it miraculously disappeared every day! Shout out also to the amazing hot water!

Host was very prompt in addressing two issues. One was us not fully knowledgeable about how the vrbo works but questions were answered graciously. The other was an issue with the washing machine not working.The concern was addressed quickly with a positive resolution. The property was walking distance to a grocery store, 3 fanastic restaurants: a Venezuelan steak house, a burgers place and a delicious fresh sushi bar. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds well maintained. Our stay was for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center which was a short drive with our rental car. It was an easy drive as well. We did alot of tourist attractions and there was plenty to do within a15 to 20 minutes radius. This was all easy to get to from the airport and an easy ride back to MCO.

Secure. Clean. Not at all the fault of the host but the walls/ceilings are very thin. You can hear everyone walking around above you and in hallways. Bring all your own soap and toiletries. The supply provided is not enough and not great quality. No hand soap provided. We had to go to Publix and buy hand soap and body wash. There was one tiny round bar of soap per bathroom.

The condo was very nice and close to Univetsal. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The only knock I personally had and it’s very minor was the book in the shower is so tiny it barely holds any of your toiletries. I would suggests maybe getting a shower tower. You let paper was literally like paper, but that again is minor. Pool and hot tub were fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Easily walk to Publix, and great a diner and more. The place is exactly as shown and details provided by owner were perfect. My only concern was hair found in the master bed and bathroom. Other than that the place was clean over all.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The condo is beautifully clean, spacious, and so comfortable — the beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept on. The location could not be more perfect: just minutes from Universal Studios and the brand-new Epic Universe, with Disney also an easy drive away. Having a Publix and shopping center right outside the gates was incredibly convenient, and the pool area was gorgeous with so many fun amenities for both kids and adults.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Anna, the owner, was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process stress-free. The condo itself felt like home, with everything we needed for our family trip. We especially appreciated how much space we had compared to a hotel, which made it comfortable for everyone in our group.We booked this stay for a special occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Between the unbeatable location, modern and spotless condo, and the warm, welcoming host, this property is an absolute gem. A memorable weekend!!

I cannot emphasize enough, just how wonderful it was to stay at this location for my daughter‘s 13th birthday. It was a very small intimate gathering with three of her best friends and my parents. The pool had so many fun amenities, and it was within walking distance. Anna, the owner of the room was so responsive and amazing. We had such a fantastic time and I highly recommend this place for sure.

Perfect location for trip to Universal

Perfect for our family trip to Universal. The condo was clean and modern. The location was excellent with a shopping center just outside the gates. The parks are really close with epic being right up the street and Universal being a 10min drive. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for Epic Universe!

This condo was perfect for 6 adults and super close to Epic Universe. It was only a 10 minute Uber from Universal’s two main parks also. The Publix is an easy walk and the pool area is gorgeous. There was no check in or out hassle and Ana answered all my questions and made this an easy, stress free process. The condo is meticulously clean and well decorated. We had so much more space than a hotel would have been. It was perfect for my husband and me plus four college aged kids. I cannot believe how perfect this was and reasonably priced too! I honestly cannot think of any negatives or suggestions to improve. We absolutely stay here again!
