As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful few days at Windsor Hills and served as a perfect location to visit theme parks and also have some "resort days". Kids loved both the large community pool and our home pool and the convenience to Animal Kingdom was great. Can't wait to come back

This was by far the best rental we have ever used. I would try to rent it again but for longer than two weeks next time. Very clean, great location and very well laid out.

We stayed for just over a week in November 2024. Windsor hills offers some nice amenities and proximity to Orlando attractions. This particular house is starting to show some age, the fridge worked but was not very cold and could not freeze water to ice. Some burners on the stove did not work and there were two microwaves, the one over the range didn’t work and was replaced with one beside the fridge. The seat of the worn couch is supported with plywood. All said we did not report these deficiencies, the house was “good enough” for the time we were there.

Great Location in a Great Resort!

Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community located just off 192, close to all things Disney and not far from Universal/Sea World/Icon Park. From the booking to the check in, it was a smooth process dealing with all parties involved. I added a surprise (to us)1 day visitor to our list to get in to the community which also was an easy transaction. This home is 4 bedroom, all on 1 floor with 4 bathrooms! We had pots & pans needed to cook, ample towels for showers & pool usage, and even some small toiletries to hold you over until you can get to a store. The house was clean upon arrival, as was the pool. The property was as described, the pool was serviced/cleaned twice during our 2 week stay, heat was worth every penny, and garbage goes out daily. We didnt really utilize everything Windsor Hills has to offer as we had everything we needed at our house! We went to the splash pad once, but that water is not heated, so it was very cold. Our days were warm, but not quite hot enough to enjoy that with my small girls. Our ONLY complaints were the furniture. The couch was hard & uncomfortable. The love seat had some cushion and so 10 of us fought over that! The beds were mostly all ok but the very front bedroom mattress needs replaced. The ends were sloped to the middle, so it was a struggle to get comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our stay and Windsor Hills Resort. We would most definitely stay here again if new living furniture was provided.

Great vacation. We

We rented this property for a family Disney trip. The property is just as listed. The house was comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We paid for heat for the pool and it was worth it. We swam in 60 degree weather. The pool and spa was very warm. The Windsor Hills resort has a lot to offer as far as amenities. All this and less than 15 minutes to Disney. Perfect location. We will stay again.

Great property! Clean and private!

No back yard neighbors and nice pool/hot tub. Everything inside is in working order and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
