The king size bed was so comfortable! My family loved the gym and the novelty of swimming in a heated pool outside surrounded by snow. Great location close to skiing and many other attractions.

Disappointed

We had a disappointing experience during our stay at a VRBO property in Horseshoe Valley. Upon arrival, we found the driveway had not been shoveled, which made it difficult to park and unload our things in the snow. Having said that, it never stopped snowing for 3 days which makes it difficult to keep driveway and stairs clear and safe. To make matters worse, the instructions for accessing the condo were outdated. The process had changed, and we found ourselves stuck outside in the cold with no way to get in.Once inside, things didn't improve. The sheets on the bed had clearly not been washed. We discovered hair on the pillowcases and the bed sheets, debris inside the sheets, and even a blood stain. The condition of the condo was below expectations, with M&M chocolate on the floor clearly showed it wasnt vacuum either. In the bathroom, there was visible mold in the shower which makes it unsanitary.. I sent pictures to the property manager, who had recently been hired and was very responsive. He did everything he could to resolve the situation, quickly arranging for fresh sheets. His efforts were appreciated, and he handled the situation well given the circumstances. We were also informed by the property manager the pool and the hot tub was out of service due to maintenace.However, the overall cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable, and we left feeling disappointed by our stay. It’s clear that this property needs much better attention to detail and cleanliness.
