The hotel is fine, and reasonably priced. The room size was spacious compared to similar spaces. The neighbourhood is a bit

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The beds were decently comfortable, but the pillows were too small for me and not super comfortable. The AC in our room worked off and on while we were there but luckily we were able to open the windows as it was cool outside at night to cool down the hotel room.
Located in a more run down area of Osaka, place could be described more as a hostel than a hotel or apartment.
Amentities: Minimal for a hotel. Room, towel and shampoo/body wash only. There is shared microwave and kettle in the communal area, with tables for eating and enclosed outdoor seating where you can smoke. Cleaning is every 3 days. The single pillows we got were all lumpy, flat and they didn't have spare ones.
Staff: Varying levels of politeness by staff. From "we are not a hotel" to greeting us each time they saw us. Staff seem to be on part-time working visas and spoke languages from Thai to Korean to Japanese. Most of them seemed to not have been there long enough to be familiar with the hotel policies and know where anything was.
Location: Close 3min walk to a local train station that was only 3 stops to Namba hub. Area a bit run down with alit of older unemployed/retired people sitting around on the street. Felt a bit uncomfortable but this is quite normal in many suburban areas all over the world. Safe enough and they are probably just people watching as they pass time.
Summary: If you just need a bed and on limit budget then this could be your place. Just bring a pillow. If you are expecting a hotel or apartment. Then I recommend finding somewhere else.
Room was clean and spacious for 1 person! Laundry was convenient and the common areas were great for meals. Close to multiple transportation entry points and lots of food within a 10 minute walk.
The hotel is basic but in good condition. Looks fairly new. The staff was very nice. Good value. The problem is that it’s right next to the railroad tracts and trains go by every 2-5 minutes from 5 am until midnight. There are a lot of homeless people around but they weren’t aggressive at all . We had a good stay. The rooms and bathrooms are big. I didn’t like the proximity to the trains because I’m a light sleeper.
Late check-in was definitely tricky even though we got an email with instructions. Luckily our driver from airport was able to help us get in, otherwise, everything else was great. Hotel was fine, clean, safe, although, thin walls. The amorous couple next door could be heard quite clearly which was a little sleep disruptive. Next time, we'll definitely try to plan to arrive in Osaka before 6pm.
The room and common areas were clean. Laundry was easy to use and quick. Walkable to shopping and lots of dining options around. Hotel is far from the main train stations, there’s a closer station but not as many trains going to the main tourist areas. Lots of homeless people and drunks roaming the streets nearby. They didn’t bother but feels uneasy to walk at night time to/from train.
A really good price, the rooms were clean and air conditioned. We came after the reception was closed but it was very easy to check in online and enter through another the side door. You can hear the trains running frequently but they are not loud and didn't impact sleep at all.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Family stay
Hostel style accommodation, fair size rooms, convenient location to trains, shops & restaurants. Area around is mixed. Pillows on beds were poor with big dips- v uncomfortable. Cleanliness in our bathroom was poor with smell of urine- staff quick to respond but didn’t actually clean -just sprayed an air-freshener! No kettle in rooms-2 in communal eating area on ground floor- bring cups as none provided. On leaving we stripped the beds and discovered a blood stained mattress topper on 1 of the beds- not good.
This property is very clean and modern. The location is a few minutes walk to Haginochaya station.staff are also very nice.

The facility was severely scented and we had alergetic attack. The property is ajecent to the train rail and windows are single plane without sound absorption. Hugely train noise that hardly we could sleep. We had to leave the property and cancelled our reservation. The beds are very uncomfortable. The air-conditioner were not working and air condition was very unhealthy. There were insects everywhere and the neighbourhood was very dirty.
