Perfect property for my husband and me to explore world expo Osaka 2025. Everything about it was friendly and perfect. But it isn’t a busy area with shopping. There are two different nearby subway lines so you can get into the busy downtown, but the ride is a little on the long side.

Great hotel, the only regret is that we just stayed one night. The room was spacious and very clean. Free shuttle services to Osaka Station and Universal Studios help a lot to move around as the hotel is a bit far from the city center and the park. And the buffet breakfast was superb! Plenty of food options and chef making your own homelete to your like. Great hotel, 100% recommended!

Nice hotel in a remote industrial district

Decent hotel with the largest rooms I've seen in Japan. Convenient to the expo and has a shuttle to Universal, but the area it's in is very industrial. There is very little you can walk to - convenience stores which are everywhere in Japan are still about a 15 minute walk away. Couldn't control the room temperature, it was controlled for the entire building. Clean and comfortable, but wouldn't stay again due to remote location and lack of room temperature control.
