The staff and Spa were excellent. We also would rebook because of the Spa and complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka Station. The pillows and the bed were uncomfortable

I loved everything about the place. It was clean and staff were always willing to help. I wish there were more vegetarian options in the restaurants though. Everything else was wonderful!
