Cockroaches toilet was broken furniture was broken nasty dirty I wouldn't let my enemy and stay at this place.

For a stay on a budget, this hotel is great. I read the reviews after I payed online so I was a little scared; however, once we arrived I was relieved to see the hotel was not bad. They are remodeling so our room was a remodeled room. We originally planned to stay 3 days, but stayed an extra day. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly. It was close to everything we were visiting. Would stay here again.

Rooms need update. 1st room neither the a/c or refrigerator worked. Carpet is worn and a/c very noisy in 2nd room.

If you're expecting hanging out at the pool, chilling in the sun, ordering a cocktail, maybe a little privacy off to the side, this is not the place for you. There is only a small, see-through metal fence and it doesn't look like this great picture. This is totally a no frills hotel. Our bathroom window on the first floor was on an alley so we asked them to put a sick in the window. The keying system is still keys. Our room smelt a little like a gym. We spent as little time in the room and the property as possible because it just wan't comfortable. The beds aren't great, either. The 2 towels (no extras) were so thin and tiny they stretch the definition of a towel. We got 1 bar of soap, and no shampoos. I understand the new owners just took over so it may be better in the future.

We arrived in our room at the Desert Lodge only to find a very ragged room. The carpet was ripped in several places. The place smelled royally bad. There was a door leading who knows where with no lock on it. The bathroom window had no lock on it and we were on the first floor so anyone could have broken in. The staff was friendly but they need to upgrade their rooms for health and safety. We stayed at a Motel 6 and it was a billion times better. We were offered no refund for an insanely unlivable room. There is NOTHING right or just about that.

Very bad. Terrible. We stayed only 1 night but had very bad experience. The shower was in very bad condition no fan, broken floor. Never been in this kind of hotel, if you can call it...

Dump

This hotel clearly has seen better days. The walls barely hold up. It sounds like your neighbor is taking a shower in your room. Water never gets warm. Wifi doesn't work. One of my windows was broken. The air conditioner is held in with masking tape and sounds like a lawn mower. The chair was completely 'sat through'. Half the hotel is filled with locals who reside there. The paint is falling off the building. The place is completely overpriced and reminded me of experiences in Nepal and Laos! The hotel is close to a hiking trail, but otherwise it is a mille walk to get to town. Unless you want to pay lots of money for a terrible night, do yourself a favor and bring a tent!
