Welcome to PS Encanto. Conveniently located in a popular and desirable South-end neighborhood, Los Compadres, the home offers the ideal Palm Springs experience and is just minutes from Smoketree and even Downtown.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and has been remodeled to embrace the original ranch design but is outfitted with modern comforts. The home offers indoor/outdoor living with a pass through window over the kitchen sink so poolside entertaining isn't neglected. That is coupled with multiple sliding doors to the pool and a gracious covered patio with an outdoor fireplace. Relaxed evenings are inevitable. The sparkling pool is just steps away from the house, paired with poolside dining and the hot tub offers very strong jets for any aches earned after golf or tennis.

Entering the home you are swept into the open floor plan seeing the living, dining and kitchen areas ready to welcome you and your guests. Calming browns and sand-tones immediately put you at ease. The kitchen is modern with a large sink and all the modern appliances including a gas stove and oven, a large and chicly integrated refrigerator and freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher. The large kitchen island will make family entertaining a breeze; cautious eyes can easily watch children in the pool from the kitchen sink. Just beyond the kitchen is a laundry/wet room with a door to the pool.

A hallway off the living room, to the left, takes you to the 4 guest rooms. Two guest rooms, one with twin beds and another with a queen bed, share a hallway bathroom. A third guest room features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The primary is a lovely retreat for the lucky occupant with sliders to the back yard. The en-suite primary bath features the original 'sunken' Grecian tub/shower.

Just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never far from partaking in what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are just minutes away: from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs there is something for everyone.

Los Compadres is a premier neighborhood in South Palm Springs. It's an area full of custom architecture, great for walking and bike riding. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Great newer remodel with simple but gorgeous furnishings and decor. We celebrated Thanksgiving in Palm Springs - this home was perfect for our family. The owner even furnished a roasting pan for our turkey and a baster!
