Pool Heat Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87Âș from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: âą NovemberâMarch: $75/night âą April, May, October: $50/night âą Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stayâwe cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry notâthere's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs onlyâno other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
