I had a great experience at this hotel! The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Great customer service! Bed was a bit hard and they put a mattress pad on it. Superior room 502 has street view and a view of the arc and top of the Eiffel Tower you can see sparkle at night. Very convenient location.

Great location! Attraction sites are walkable from the hotel and the Metro is just a block away. Breakfast is good. The staff is generally helpful and nice. Though the room is clean, the room and the bathroom are so small.

This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.
