Everything about this Hotel is 10/10 from checking in to staff to rooms to bar area and restaurant, we love the Van Der Valk Hotels and stay where ever we can, even brought a bird in one to remind us of the lovely experience.. On this occasion we were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, not sure why but thank you very much, its was wonderful, will definately recommend you.

My only complaint is that when taking a shower, the water would go from extremely hot to exptremely cold. I couldn't get it to be at a comfortable temperature!

Room and staff were excellent. Communication was great. BUT coming from Orly airport to CDG and finding the shuttle was horrible and instruction of location was based of arriving at CDG. WE Ended up taking a tracking an uber. Beautiful spaces but NOT for anyone with hearing loss. Please consider acoustics in your next redesign.
