Room was extremely noisy: we could not really hear much notice from outside, but we could hear all sounds from the other rooms (e.g. showers running, guests speaking, etc.). Bathrooms are functional, but quite ugly. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Room was clean.

The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, right next to the train station and only one stop from Disney. The room was quite warm so slept with the window open in October.

We spent the first two hours of our stay wondering if we needed emergency accomodation as our toilet didn't work and the sink would barely drain. Repair staff started immediately but communication was very poor. As the hotel was full we could not be moved to another room and were left in limbo. Additionally, the air conditioning was locked to "central" control, presumably to save energy and money. Unfortunately this meant we weren't able to activate its fan for airflow and opened a window instead, which then caused the aircon to kick in to prevent the temperature from dropping.

No complaints

Nothing at all wrong with this accommodation. The room was basic but we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower so wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was small but not an issue. Comfy bed, slept well and room cleaned daily.

If you’re coming for Disneyland Paris, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s conveniently located right next to the train station so you don’t have to walk far especially at night. There is a huge shopping mall just a few blocks away as as well as many restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, the staff doesn’t speak a ton of English, but they make it work. The rooms are nice, small but everything you need, the only thing I would’ve wanted to see is a safe in the room. I left a valuables out reluctantly, but nothing happened. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Bar staff were really friendly and the pizza was good! However, the buffet breakfast was quite pathetic - we arrived 45 minutes before it ended and there were no plates, bowls or forks. There were no pastries left and no fruit - when I asked if there was more the woman blunted told me “all done”. We paid for our breakfast and weee supposed to have it for two days - we skipped it the second day. It was a total gong show that hardly offered anything.

Excellent hotel, room more than adequate, very clean & comfortable. All staff we encountered were very friendly Located 100m from the 2nd exit of val de Europe train station, 5 min walk to the shopping mall. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
