This was a great location and a lovely apartment. It was so nice to be in a neighborhood where you could walk to the bakery and the cafe and get right on the metro and bus. Once we arrived in Paris, the Property Manager was friendly and attentive. I was traveling with an older family member, and found it challenging to get questions answered about our arrival/checkin until right before the trip. All ended well, but I missed having that direct contact with the property owner.

Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Inbegriff moderner Eleganz, alles sieht aus wie neu und ist in makellosem Zustand. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren blitzblank, was zu unserem Komfort während des Aufenthalts beitrug. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst aufmerksam und bot uns vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt hervorragende Unterstützung und Kommunikation. Ihr Engagement hat unsere Erfahrung sehr bereichert. Wenn wir Paris wieder besuchen, werden wir zweifellos wieder hier übernachten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war recht geräumig und der Garten war ein angenehmer Ort, um in der Morgensonne zu entspannen. Eine Nacht war etwas kalt, aber der Gastgeber, der schnell reagierte, informierte uns über die Standorte tragbarer Heizgeräte. Die einzigen Nachteile waren ein leichter feuchter Geruch in einem der Schlafzimmer. Als wir den Müll im Keller entsorgten, fanden wir heraus, woher der Geruch kam - extrem schwarzer Schimmel. Ein Begrüßungsheft mit allen wichtigen Einzelheiten wäre von Vorteil gewesen.
