This is the second time we had stayed in this hotel. Three positive things: fridge, microwave and the counter ladies. Garbage outside the dumpster, garbage all around the property. Breakfast was stale bread and butter. The TV most of the time we couldn’t turn it on, the rooms are so run down that I felt embarrassed for the staff. I will never stay in this place again

The free breakfast was horrible just bread and cereal coffe no supplies . Not only that there was no heat in the room I booked and it ended up being and outside room I had my 2 year old with me and when I let them know and I asked for assistance or a room change I was told u get what u pay for in negative degree weather .

Beds were out, not straight head on the left and bottom on the right, They had no tea at breakfast, you talk to the lady who is in charge, very neglected, walk away don’t listen to you. The lady at front desk said that they cut down things on their breakfast

Staff is nice. Rooms renovated but not fully. Old toilets too low to the floor. No new shower heads or sync faucet. Have to jump up a little to get on the bed.And I am five ten. Also the internet is very spotty.

The bed was extremely hard. So hard it felt like i was laying on plywood. I couldnt take a shower because the floor in the bathroom was so slick when wet I coulnt stand up. I refuse to sit on a shower chair. It looks like i booked an accessible room. But the only thing accessible was the bathroom. I ened up checking out before midnight and getting back on the road. It was a waste of money.
