Front desk has an attitude problem, not very welcoming. I also asked for extra pillows and sheets twice and they never brought it to my room. I mentioned it to front desk staff and staff just said sorry without even making eye contact.

My only complaint was that the mattresses on the bed was a little too hard for my comfort. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. My entire interaction with all the staff from the front desk to the kitchen/buffet staff was great. I love the security feature with the key for the elevator. Great customer service and friendly warm interactions. Most likely to stay again.
