King suite was great! The bed was comfy, the shower head for the shower had great pressure in our room (our friends’ room not quite the same). The complimentary buffet was good. Pleasant staff at the front desk and dining area. Very convenient location for walking to The Reading Terminal. Would stay again!

We booked a King room and got a suite with a full kitchen and a sofa. Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options and a large seating area. It was the perfect location for the event we were there for. My only complaint would be that the website stated there was coffee/tea available in the lobby and there was not. It was only available at breakfast.

My stay at The Residence Inn was incredible! When I checked in, Ty upgraded my room and let me check in early after I had been traveling for almost 24 hours. I was upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of City Hall and Love Park all decorated for the holidays. During my stay, the staff was so courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was fantastic, and my suite was always clean and stocked. The day before checkout, I asked about checkout time, and since I didn’t have to leave for the airport until 3 pm, Zara gave me a late checkout, which I greatly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Residence Inn and will definitely stay again when I return to Philadelphia.

Friendly staff greeted me at the counter, really well kept room, our room had a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cups and dishes, dish washer and kitchen sink, it was basically a mini kitchen, only complaint is it’s a noisy intersection and you can hear honking from the 10th floor. But I’d stay here again.
