The worst was that there was cockroaches in my room and my cousin’s room. The AC kept turning off and when we mostly needed when it got hot, it didn’t turn back on. The spa Jacuzzi by the pool was not even turning on. Also the pool and area was not clean at all for the three days we were there and the water was very very cold. Also, there was no towels available close by and when we asked, we were misdirected. We had to continue going to the Front Desk to get towels for the pool and we had to return them right there and then! Overall, not a good experience for this place. I hope it gets better as I am planning to visit Phoenix, Arizona again soon!

The shower handle fell off while my wife was in the shower as well as the A/C stopped working sometime in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk i was told the manager would be in at 5pm. I called back and then was told that the manager would not be in until 6pm. I called Expedia and started the proccess to get a refund but the hotel refused to release the permission for a refund? Expedial gave me 25 one cash. Nice but didnt fix the issue.

Positive sides: doughnuts of all sorts available at the lobby. Nice hot tub in the room. Convenient location, 8-9mins from Old Town. Clean. Negative sides: at 11:30 pm we were disturbed at our room by someone who forcefully tried to enter it (luckily, we has latch on). Then, I got a call on a room phone starting, literally with "What's your name"... No introduction, no apology... In reality, as we learned later, it was the reception desk who wrongly thought the room was empty, issued the keys to another person, who tried to enter, and then called to double check...with no courtesy... The next day, at approximately 6:30pm we saw two pilice cars parked at the hotel parking lot, soon joined by another. We did not feel particularly safe...Also, the water in the pool could be warmer.

The hotel was in very poor condition. There was no hot water, the door lock didn’t work, and there was a leak causing water bubbles in the bathroom. The door was jammed, and the TV was tilted downward, making it unusable. Gym had a lock and had to wait for front desk to unlock in order to use. Falsely advertised based on photos on Expedia. The front desk staff were understanding and advised me to contact Expedia to request a refund.

The hotel stay was okay overall, but the employees weren’t very friendly or helpful. We stayed for four nights and never received extra towels or any housekeeping service. The door handle at the front was broken, which raised safety concerns. Additionally, our door didn’t close or seal properly and we noticed other guests having the same issue with their doors as well.

This property was not what I expected. It was very similar to a motel and not “resort”-like at all. My toilet was broken the entire 3 day stay. I would not recommend staying here. I should’ve paid closer attention when a woman was leaving when I was checking in complaining that this property wasn’t as it was portrayed to be.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was fairly rundown with some significant water damage in areas, mainly surrounding the tub and bathroom. The hot water was very hit and miss. The bed and pillows were great though!

Clean room. Nice pool. Plenty of free parking. My only complaint was the fact that the third day of my 3 day stay do not have any hot water when I tried to take a shower. Also, the ice machine near my room was out of order and it looked like it had been down for awhile.
