The bedsheets and bed cover had visible black and brown debris on them, including spots that looked like dried earwax. When I tried calling the front desk, the room phone didn’t work. The front desk explained he was the only person on duty and could only provide clean sheets for me to change the bed myself - not ideal after an 8-hour travel day and a full work setup for an event at the speedway. The noise level throughout the stay was another issue. A large youth sports group was staying on the property, and there was nonstop yelling in the hallways, loud music with bass, and frequent door slamming. After a 12-plus-hour workday the following night, the noise continued, and there were even fireworks going off outside after midnight. Qwon at the front desk was friendly. Brandon, on the other hand, did not acknowledge or make eye contact during multiple interactions. I checked out exhausted. Between the noise, cleanliness concerns, and the lack of staffing support, I didn’t get the rest needed for a work trip. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We did not have breakfast unfortunately we were woke up at 530 in the morning with the sound of an air compressor running above us and very loud banging. The compressor was turned off eventually but it was very hard to go back to sleep. What a crazy time to allow workers to start when you know 95% of your guests are asleep it was so loud it was like they were in our room.
