The area offers a vibrant lifestyle with beautiful views, high-end shopping, exquisite dining, and world-class golf courses. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby mountains and lakes, while art galleries, cultural events, and parks provide endless activities. With friendly locals and nearly year-round sunshine, living in Scottsdale is a unique and exciting experience.
Your rental property is centrally located roughly half a mile due west just off of the Loop 101 & Chaparral Road. You are roughly a 5 minute Uber ride to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale`s Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort and much much more. A rental car is not required nor is it necessary.
* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.
* PROPANE GAS FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per tank for use of the Fire Pit. Please note: propane for the BBQ is completely free and complementary.
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
