Desert Hideaway

This welcoming retreat is a seasonal haven for a couple of snowbirds. During the off season it makes an ideal home base for weekend getaways or temporary work assignments. Conveniently located with easy access to major north-south and east-west freeways, you'll enjoy seamless travel across the region.
The property sits on a 0.25 acre lot and boasts a spacious yard filled with mature trees—perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a bit of nature. With ample parking, a fully fenced front yard (4-foot chain link), and a generously sized fenced backyard, there's plenty of room to spread out and unwind in privacy.
The home is located in an older manufactured-home neighborhood established in the 1970s. The area has a modest, lived-in desert character, and neighboring properties vary in appearance and upkeep. Guests seeking a luxury resort-style community may prefer other accommodations, while those looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable home base often find it a great fit.

Comfortable, spacious, convenient

The owner was helpful, communicative and accomodating. Our plans changed shortly before our stay and he adjusted the sleeping configuration before we arrived. We used the stove, oven, washer and dryer, with no issues. The locks were easy to use and the house was secure. No complaints on the accomodations and the only feedback we had was the smaller bathroom shower head was a little low, one of the bedroom doorknobs was loose, and the floors were a little dustry when we arrived. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and are hwppy to stay here again. Thanks for having us!
