The villa was great with an excellent location. Pool was refreshing and living room was very comfortable. Bedrooms all as advertised and bedding very comfortable. Will definitely book this on our next trip.

WithFour bedrooms and three baths and a swimming pool, It's pretty hard to go wrong. There were a few shortcomings, But the property manager was very responsive.

Amazing house and host!

Everything was amazing about our trip. The communication with the host, she was beyond helpful and quick to answer any questions, the beds were comfy, house was everything it said it would be, and the heated pool and spa did not disappoint! We will definitely be back and stay here again.

Awesome property and a pleasure to stay at

The house was all that it was billed to be .. . - lots of room, - great kitchen with high end appliances, - spa was great - host was super helpful with any questions we had - location was close to everything we wanted to do (i.e. golf, shopping, good restaurants, etc.) Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Perfect family spot!

My husband, 2 grown sons and I had a great time at this very comfortable and spacious home. Impeccably clean, not cluttered, very functional. Boys loved the hot tub, and we used the Green Egg grill a couple times. Thanks so much!!

Beautiful Property

This is an outstanding home that offers luxury but yet a cozy feel. It accommodated 8 people comfortably & offered enough space for personal time. Descriptions listed accurately describe the property. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub every night! Perhaps it was our group, but the only challenge was the "great room" seemed to be loud if there is more than one conversation. Property manager was very responsive & easy to work with. Overall, great property that we would absolutely rent again!

Great place!

Big four bedroom, 3 bath. Well kept. Excellent location (gated). Everything is in top shape. Best appliances of any rental we have had. Comfy beds, linens. We had a couple minor issues which Renee jumped on right away. It was January, so we didn't use the pool. Looks like a great house for family or multiple couples.

The location couldn’t be better — close to our family’s home, and convenient to stores and restaurants. The layout works great for three adult couples, or for two families traveling with kids. There are three full bathrooms; just note that if the fourth bedroom is used, two bathrooms will need to share a bath. There are two family room areas and a larger dining room table and a smaller kitchen table. The house is perfectly spaced for multiple couples or families. Renee, the manager, is terrific — very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice, and the house is well set up overall. The only small hiccup was in the primary shower — it takes a little time for the hot water to come through. We didn’t spend much time outside because Scottsdale was cooler than typical. The pool area has loungers and there’s a separate area with the barbecue. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Annual Golf Trip

The property is in a good location and the house was clean. The pool and spa were nice and we enjoyed using both once we figured out how to control the temperature on the app. Only 1 of the 2 tv's could be used-the other one was not programmed and could not be set up with any of the 3 remotes left with the tv. The large sectional sofa was comfortable but only half of the reclining sections worked. A guide/manual for the house would have been helpful.Overall we enjoyed the property and Renee responded to our questions/inquiries in a timely manner.
