Noisy, smoking

This place noisy in middle at night, people back-forth, also smoking, alot gheto. However I like the bed, is like air bed eventhough little bit sinking. Friendly receptionist. I don't think they ever map the floor, my feet getting very dirty at room walk around with bare feet.

Cockroaches and junkies, I first came to Phoenix in 1969. I stayed in this hotel. It has not been updated since that time. The mattresses were terrible and the faucet in the bathroom sink was made of plastic and sprayed all over the place. The keys didn’t work and everything was broken.

Please never rent here

The guy at the counter was very, very rude and very sarcastic. The room was very old while in the advertisement the placed looked much decent. The bed board fell as soon as I sat on the bed, the outlets didn't work, the only one that worked was the one underneath the TV. Tub look ugly. Curtains were hanging, not a pretty sight at all. They were short on towels so I called and asked for another set, they gave us "off color towels", I forgot to take a picture of it, but my sister had to walk to the office to get them because on the phone they said there was no one in the office. When my roommate went to get the towels she said there was plenty of people behind the counter. My God the entry door looked like it was beat up, but it lock. I can't believe HOTELS.COM would brand their name with THIS hotel. With the guy being the way he was I didn't think he would be nice to return my money so I didn't bother, we just made the best of it. I re-sanitized everything. The bed was comfortable but not like 100%. Didn't realize but I saw a stain on the sheet when I was covering the bed when we were leaving....ugh.

The room had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and in shower. Floor was sticky. Smelled ok. Several dining/bars/convenience stores within walking distance

The staff was great when we checked in and out. Helpful with local places to eat and the hotel amenities. Our room was clean, but not updated. We had a smoking room(shocked places still have them) and the comforters had burn holes on the top layers. Not enough outlets for electronics/phone charging. There was only one standard two plug outlet under the tv to use. We could see where other outlets were replaced by just plain covers at some point. Thank goodness our charging plugs have 2 usb ports each. We needed to charge our battery packs for our phones as well since we were there for an all day racing event 2 of the days. This is a problem if you need medical equipment like a cpap next to the bed. The shower was a bit weird too with the shower curtain not going all the way to the floor so the area outside was very wet as we got out of the walk in shower. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were fine. The linens and towels were good and clean.

I dId not like much. Key did not worked. The sheets were old and had holes. Vending machine and ice maker did not work. Parking lot felt unsafe. Housekeeping was nice and so so was the front desk.

The room was verily spartanley furnished and extremely poorly maintained. The shower barely worked at all needs a new spout and shower head. The towels were so thin you could see through them. No shampoo and the bars of soap were so tiny they were very difficult for a big man like me to use.

Stated they only had a smoking room left when we booked a nonsmoking. Cigarettes burns everywhere. Hair from previous people on counter. Toilet dirty with pubic hair and pee.

The last time i stayed at a motel 6 it was so terrible i told myself never again. Well we tried it again and I should have stuck with my original plan of never again! I'll start with the good. staff was really nice and helpful, the beds were comfy, that's pretty much it. Now for the not so good. Very noisy, we could hear the guy next door coughing his head off all night long, they start the yard work around the building early so we could hear loud wood chipping or something early in the morning. someone's loud car alarm went off constantly all night. We stayed 3 nights the second night our card key wouldn't work, we couldn't even get into our room,so they gave us 3 key cards to try and we was finally able to get in. The 3rd night again all 3 cards wouldnt work so we finally had to get someone from the front desk to let us in and again give us 3 key cards, just in case! luckily we left the next day! In the room there was no blow dryer and the front desk didn't have any either so we had to go buy one! the curtain in the room was holding on by 1 screw and crooked, ready to fall at any moment. There was scribbles on the bathroom walls from I'm assuming some kids, the towel bar was broke and gone and there were stains in the tub. I will be going back to my original plan to never stay at a motel 6 again!

The staff was amazing. We had trouble getting the door to unlock. The desk clerk came up right away and helped us get in our room. They were great.
