Appreciated a wash cloth in the kitchen, lots of toilet paper as I hate running out. We appreciated an early check in because it was available. Fuzzy blankets a plus as hubby and I prefer different room temps for sleeping. Comfy bed with what felt like a foam topper. Great location. A bit older complex but unit was in great shape. Even though community doesn't recycle, love that the owner does! I hate throwing away recyclable items. Kids loved the pool. Couch was awesome. We all enjoyed spreading out on it. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The 'newly ugraded' description is an understatement; this is an amazingly updated townhouse unit where every room has been refinished with special care. All upgrades are carefully planned to provide a look and functionality that we enjoy beyond words.

From booking to checkout Communication, description amenities, and supplies Rhyan ( property owner ) 100 percent on point! Ultra modern appliances. We were so impressed with the level of cleaniness , attention to detail and the STYLE Rhyan delivered .....Absolutely a gem....Property grounds are well maintained , quiet respectful. surounding neighbors . Would 100 percent reccomend this property and owner Rhyan.

Scottsdale Condo – Perfect for ASU Move-In Weekend! My family stayed here during ASU move-in weekend, and it was the ideal home base for such a big transition. As a freshman juggling nerves, excitement, and way too many Target bags, this condo made everything feel easier. It’s super clean and modern, with updated decor and a cozy vibe that helped us unwind after long days of unpacking and campus errands. My parents appreciated the dedicated parking spot, and my little brother loved the big LG smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom.🧺 The new front-load washer and dryer were a lifesaver for washing bedding and towels right away, and the shower had great hot water—much needed after sweating through Arizona heat and dorm setup.The location is unbeatable. Fashion Square Mall is right across the street for last-minute supplies, and Camelback Mountain is nearby for a scenic break. It’s also easy to get to Tempe, Phoenix, Sedona, or Tucson. The pool was a great bonus—my brother got to swim while my parents and I regrouped between errands. Only downside: the WiFi was a bit spotty, which made streaming and emails tricky. We used a hotspot when needed and didn’t let it slow us down.Overall, this condo made move-in weekend smoother and more enjoyable. If your family’s coming to help you settle into ASU, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area!

This property is exactly as advertised, and the pictures do not do it justice. It felt like home. It feels like it is brand new, and it was super clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and shuffle board that was available. Having a washer and dryer was also fantastic. The property is in a very convenient location to so many shops and dining options. We felt very safe walking around and exploring beautiful downtown Scottsdale. It is very accessible to downtown phoenix as well. If we ever come back to Scottsdale again, we will absolutely stay here. We had a great time!
