This gem awaits you and your lucky guests. Once you are here you won't want to leave. This gated community offers 2 heated pool, with 1 one of them being a saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness room and community clubhouse, 1 parking space and immaculate grounds.
The vaulted ceilings are one of the many benefits you will find when you step inside here with no one living above you in this second story 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Nothing was missed when setting up this home away from home for you I am sure you will find the split floor plan and beautiful décor quite comfortable.
Venturing out this location is absolutely perfect with super easy access to Hwy 60 and the 202 loop.

Peaceful easy place to stay

We were in town for a swim meet at Skyline Aquatic Center and found it cheaper to VRBO than hotel. This place was close to the swim venue and suited the 4 of us very well. Jane was very communicative and provided all information ahead of time and responsive when necessary.

Amazing host and a great complex

The gated complex and amenities were very nice. Our host was amazing, and everything you could possibly want or need in our place was provided, including a very sweet welcome basket of snacks. Communication with the host was also wonderful. I would stay here again - our family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in everyway!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy, the shower was awesome with lots of plush towels, the home had everything you need to have a nice stay, and it was clean and well organized. Jane was an excellent host and communicated early and often. I would highly recommend. We loved the location, easy parking, and easy access to nearby necessities. We would definitely book this property again.

Weekend Getaway

We picked this condo because it was just 3 miles from our daughter and son-in-law. It was a very nice location and the complex was nice. The condo itself was very spacious which led to a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed both pools since it was the hottest time of the year to visit. Communication with the owner was immediate and helped resolve any issues we encountered. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location! Easy access to everything! The condo needs some updating. Carpet needs cleaning, some touch up painting. Grill needs a heavy duty cleaning. Some other small repairs in main bath.

Arizona Vacation

Really enjoyed the property!! The pools & hot tubs were great. The location was convenient to shopping and dining at the eastern most side of Mesa. The property was as described in the listing. Communication for check in/out was great. My only suggestion is the cable tv channel selection was very limited. I was glad I brought my roku from home and used our Direct TV subscription to watch March Madness.

This unit fit our needs perfectly. Right across from our doctor's office. The AC worked great and it was nice to arrive to a cool room. Outside temp was hotter than I like to use the pool, but my husband loved it.
