NEWLY RENOVATED! Phenomenal mountain and fountain views from this beautiful single level home in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, sited on a heavenly ridge. Watch the sun rise over the mountains from the covered roof-top observation deck, take a dip in the sparkling 46 ft long lap pool with a water feature, or sit back and relax in the spa with a stacked stone surround. Propane can be ordered in advance for an additional charge, if desired.

Spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of mountains, one of the World’s Top Ten tallest fountains at 560 feet, nighttime city lights, and Arizona sunrises from all main rooms, observation deck, and pool area. Large windows and vaulted ceilings add to the open feeling of the home, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The dining area has a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio with the pool and spa.

The living room has a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, bar area, and a huge media wall. Its wall of windows with two sliding glass doors allow for glorious mountain views and access to the lanai. You can enjoy more beautiful views from the master suite with its huge sliding glass door to the spa and pool. The large master bath has a walk-in closet, a separate spa shower with double heads, double sinks and a private commode. Both of the guest bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a covered flagstone patio. Other special features include ceiling fans throughout, skylights, central vacuum, and access to cable TV and high-speed Internet.

Awesome property!

We stayed 3 weeks. The house was perfect and the views were incredible! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. Upon arrival, everything looked just like the photos and the home is properly maintained. Fountain Hills is a very nice community. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. I played golf a number of days and was impressed by the quality/uniqueness of the courses. Linda (Property Manager) was very helpful and always available. Eric is a great host.

Beautiful house great stay !

Great house. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Amazing view. Spent every morning drinking coffee by the pool on the patio. Very very clean. Wonderful kitchen with all the little touches. The only issue was the patio stone floor. It was chipping all around the pool and hot tub. It was to the point where we had to wipe our feet every time going into the hot tub and going into the house on a towel. Otherwise our feet would have been covered in the flaking sandstone floor , and it would track everywhere. I did mention to management.

House on the Hill with Great Views!

Stayed Oct 2024 - Enjoyed morning hikes and afternoons in the pool/spa. Steep driveway affords magnificent views of the mountains and fountain. Comfortable spaces and beds, with large bathrooms, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. Spent a few nights stargazing on the rooftop deck. We had friends visit during out stay. It was equally pleasant with 6 guests as it was for us 2. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Wow!!! The house is gorgeous, the views amazing and the swimming pool just perfect. The house is very comfortably furnished, with modern appliances and well stocked with everything you could need, The area is very quiet and safe, and convenient to groceries etc All communication, was quick and checkin simple. House was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom is extraordinary. Nice separation from other bedrooms if you have guests or kids! We used the spa daily - an incredible view from the pool deck. Like really incredible. The driveway is certainly interesting - incredibly steep - but no mobility issues in our party so it was just fine.

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

We love the location here. The setup of the house with the pool and hot tub right out the door with a beautiful view- you can’t beat it! It was very clean and communication was easy. They had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals, too. The pool and hot tub were plenty hot due to the summer heat!

Beautiful Fountain Hills view

Well kept home with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots and pans, etc. Kitchen table seats six and is perfect for family game time. Peaceful place to sit in a spa and gaze at the stars. Fun perch above the garage with an amazing view. Plenty of clean towels available. Close to grocery stores and Starbucks.

We enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills. The location of this property was great. The sunrises were spectacular, could see them from the master bedroom and living kitchen area. The out door patio could have used some attention along with the grill. First day there we got to watch yard maintenance do all day clean up, not on the menu of what to expect. The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool and water wasn't heated. We spent time indoors on the uncomfortable couches. My only suggestion for this property would be replace couches and not have yard maintenance do a major clean up while rented.

Amazing Views

You are the King of the Hill!!!! The home has some beautiful views and has a very nice open layout. There’s a good flow from kitchen to living room to outside. The pool added to some great views from the side. We had a blast!!!! First time in Fountain Hills as well…cute little town with some good spots and very convenient to roads and any shopping you may need. A very nice stay.
