Great stay in private home

Surprise Birthday Visit

10 of us travel to Arizona to surprise my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. The house met all of needs and was easy to find and not far to their house. Loved the colors of the interior and beds were comfy. I suggest that Jason check the bunk beds to tighten them as them seemed a little rickety. Thank you for the use of your home and we will definitely remember this place for further visits to Arizona.

So enjoyed our stay at this home! Loved the open set up of the house for meals and visiting. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful! All necessary amenities were provided. Location worked nicely for golf outings and hiking. Some fun local restaurants with very nice staff and good food. Great experience! Would recommend!

Wonderful Home

This home is beautiful, and had all the amenities, including lovely plush towels, fully equiped kitchen, and tv in every bedroom. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage out of the sun was ideal in the desert. We loved the country-like neighborhood, quiet and beautiful with a lovely mountain view. There are several restaurants nearby, but we easily prepared the majority of our meals in the great kitchen complete with pots, pans, lots of dishes, cups, utensils and even a rice cooker. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return in December!

Spacious house in Gold Canyon

Great location, large living area and bedrooms. Only minor issues that I would point out, paint chipping in guest bathtub (alerted property manager and this will be addressed); backyard area is sadder than sad, could seriously use some sprucing up; lack of paper towels and kitchen trash bags that actually fit the pail was actually the most frustrating issues, only one roll currently on towel holder and extra trash bags under sink too small for pail. In the grand scheme of things, not major issues, however they are the reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I stumbled upon this property after my previous rental was cancelled by the host with short notice (due to property being sold). Jason was quick to respond and answer questions I had regarding the property. Prior to arrival we received all necessary information we needed about the property and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we found the property to be as described. The home was well maintained, in a central location and loaded with the things we needed for our stay. First, the bedrooms. This home has a master suite with a king bed and 70” tv, a second bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a double bottom bunk and a double pull out in addition to a twin top bunk. Bedroom two also included a large TV. Bedroom three has a daybed with a pullout as well and you guessed it another large TV. There is a second full bath (in addition to the master), a living room (also with a large TV) fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. The yard is enclosed and included a patio area and gas grill (with spare tank). There is also a two car garage and large driveway. The home is clean and it is obvious Jason takes pride in this property. Aside from groceries we had everything we needed for our extended family vacation. There were games for the kids, grilling tools, linens, paper goods and even a supply of spare batteries for the remotes (often overlooked by hosts). There is a landline phone, excellent WiFi and all TV’s are smart TVs and support most streaming services. If you are visiting Gold Canyon this is a great property to consider.

One of the best rentals ever!

I’ve rented a lot of VRBO properties and this is at the top. I was able to extend my stay an additional 4 days. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Now, about the property. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of good places to walk. Neighbors were so friendly. The house was very clean and so well appointed. I really felt like I was at home. The kitchen had it all!! New 70 to 80 inch TV’s (I think) in every room, beds were comfortable, new carpet (it seems like). Just awesome. The only thing if I had a criticism would be the backyard. It’s very cozy but it’s all gravel with a small patio slab. This house was perfect and loved every minute of my stay here. So wish I was here longer. A special thanks to the owners for allowing this house to be on VRBO.
