Tatum House was created as a luxury vacation destination in Scottsdale by husband and wife team, Craig and Andrea Sawyer. Every detail was selected with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The property is in close proximity to renowned golf courses, equine events, automobile auctions, museums, hiking, terrific restaurants, and shopping. You will find it hard to leave Tatum House!

Tatum house sleeps 10 adults, with four bedrooms, three baths, including two en suite bedrooms (one has a desk and printer). Three bedrooms feature comfy king sized beds and one bedroom has four, just as nice bunk beds (250lb capacity for each bunk), with Bunkie Boards for added support. Each bedroom has a Homedics Sound/Sleep White Noise Sound Machine and a basket of disposable earplugs.

Tatum House has two living areas: a large family room with a comfy sectional, 70" television, and a gas fireplace. Plus a cozy living room for intimate conversations and relaxation. Game-wise, there is something for all ages in the well stocked dining buffet, including several puzzles.

The kitchen is well appointed for every cooking level. Many private chefs have created meals for guests and all comment on the ease of using the space as well as the expansive options provided from the All-Clad cookware, down to the quality knives, and everything in-between.


Tech-wise: Tatum House has one gigabit WIFI, four 4K TVs, and YouTubeTV to watch your favorite shows. All bedrooms, living room, and family room have charging stations, and the kitchen has a multiple device charging dock.

Outdoors you will find a lovely oasis. Relax around the firepit, cook on the barbeque, putt on the golf green, soak in the spa, lounge around the pool, gather for meals or games around the long dining table, or swim in the pool(*).

* Heating the spa is included in your rental. Heating the pool is an extra $95/day, and available Fall-Spring.

We do not offer luggage drop off prior to arrival.

We want your stay to be amazing, and welcome questions, but we are hands-off hosts unless we are needed. Guests are given their own key code for contact free check-in and check-out.
