WE FOLLOW ALL RECOMMENDATIONS FROM CDC (Center for Disease Control) REGARDING CLEANING PROCEDURES AND CHEMICALS TO DISINFECT. WE RECOMMEND TRAVELERS FOLLOW EXPERT RECOMMENDATIONS (frequent hand washing...etc) TO FURTHER PROTECT THEMSELVES.


The home is centrally located and beautifully decorated. It is near shopping and close to a variety of restaurants and other activities. (bowling, golf, TOP GOLF, batting cages, zoo, movie theaters, etc)
Super easy access to Interstate 10, making just about anywhere in the area a short drive.
Home is only a few minutes from many of the MLB Spring Training Facilities (Dodgers, White Sox, Reds, Brewers, Cubs, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Giants, A’s, Guardians (formerly the Indians), Royals, Rangers, Padres and Mariners).
Westgate (State Farm Stadium & Desert Diamond Arena) and ISM Raceway (NASCAR).
The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is home to many professional sports teams and also hosts amateur tournaments, conventions, car shows & auctions....and much more. There is an abundance of hiking trails, golf courses, equestrian centers, museums, art galleries.....something for everyone.

You’ll enjoy over 2300 square feet of a single story home. NO STAIRS. Hard to find a single level home this size, in this area, without going to the outskirts of town. Also, rare to find one that offers TWO (2) KING size beds. Home has four (4) large bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. House is almost entirely tiled in beautiful 18” tiles. Hi-speed WiFi on property. Garage door remote provided for guest convenience. Some firewood is provided and a large assortment of dvds and cards/board games are kept on property too.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you should need to whip up your favorite treats. Brand new quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash and large deep stainless steel sink to give the kitchen that clean high end appearance. Plenty of counter space and extra seating at the bar top. KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot......etc. Standard coffee maker and a Keurig for those coffee lovers out there!

Samsung washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided. Extra blankets, pool towels and pillows at property as well.

The large master bedroom offers a Cal King bed, direct easy access to the back yard and an en-suite bathroom with separate tub & shower and dual vanities. Large walk-in closet and a faux fireplace heater, to create the perfect bedroom ambiance.

Bedroom #2 ALSO offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands and a dresser. Plenty of room and storage. Lamps have USB ports to charge all those devices.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed that has been wonderfully decorated. Beautiful matching nightstands and dresser adorn this room.

Bedroom #4 provides comfort with another Queen size bed and a lovely nightstand and dresser w/mirror.

ALL BEDROOMS have brand new 55” Smart TVs. (Master Bedroom upgraded to a 65” Samsung Smart TV) You’ll be able to access your Netflix account or enjoy the Directv, with premium channels (HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, CINEMAX, ENCORE) that is provided at the home. Every bedroom has a digital alarm clock with USB charging ports.

The living room has two (2) large comfortable couches and a 70” Samsung Smart TV. There is also a Sony DVD player and a large assortment of dvds. French doors allow access to the backyard oasis.

There is a separate common area that also has a 70” Samsung Smart TV, a beautiful newly felted pool table, an upright Ms. PAC Man arcade game with many of your favorite old school arcade games programmed. Furnished with a leather sofa, matching loveseat, ottoman and a mini fridge. Arcade game has Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, 1942, Frogger, Galaga and more. Game is set to FREE play so you don’t need that roll of quarters! Recently added an additional arcade game that has 60 games programmed...Also set to free play for all of our guests!!

****The “resort style” backyard is the real gem of the home offering a beautiful large pebbletec pool and a built-in BBQ island with seating & patio umbrellas with LED lights for the evenings on the patio. Adjacent to the BBQ area is a large fire pit with bench seating and a couple of Adirondack chairs to enjoy the fire. The covered patio area has a 43” Samsung TV installed so you can have a meal outdoors without missing the game or movie night. The backyard lighting provides a gorgeous place to spend the evening with your family and friends....making memories and making the most out of your Arizona vacation experience.
