Still it's easily access to everything you need for holiday i.e. restaurant, cafe, market, shop, massage, beauty clinic, theater, bank, cabaret & activities. Also the express bus to Patong Beach is just in front of Apartment's gate but need to call to confirm the available seat first because the bus is from the airport and the apartment is on the way to the beach. Chillva Night Market & some shopping malls are only 5-10 mins walking distance with safe footpath.

The estate has a nice 50 meters salt water swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, 2 lobbies and open space for activities such as yoga and aerobic etc. All these common areas provide high speed Wi-Fi. There are also big bedded chairs around the complex that you can hang out or work. Also there are 24 hours security guards and technicians.

There is a sliding glass door separates the kitchen from the living room so that would be perfect in the case that you need to cook without smelling up other areas. Actually, each room has its own door to separate each other for your privacy and convenience.

*The pool is under reconstruction during 11-15 Sep 2017 so the price is discount for 15% but the kids pool, gym and common area still can be used.*

The neighborhood

This place is in prime area so that there are some constructions going around but the place itself is peaceful and ready for your stay. Although this place is in shopping area, the estate is secluded, safe and peaceful. Highly recommended for families.

Honestly, this place is not near beaches and the airport. But it's near some shopping malls (Tesco Lotus, BigC and Central Festival), night market (Chillva Market), hospital (Phuket international hospital & Bangkok hospital) and some attractions such as Aphrodite Cabaret Show, Siam Niramit (Thai culture show) etc. Moreover, you can walk around 10 minutes to Patong beach bus stop at Central Festival mall and walk 5 minutes to Phuket town bus stop at Tesco Lotus and BigC shopping mall.

Getting around

By walking (the time is up to your speed :)
>> 5-10 minutes to Tesco Lotus and Chillva night market that you can buy anything and there are many shops and restaurants. Also there are 7-Eleven and coin operated washer on the way to the night market.
>> 10-15 minutes to BigC (one of public transportation station is here), Aphrodite Cabaret Show, Index Living mall, Phuket International Hospital, Convenience shop, fresh market and local restaurants.
>> 15-20 minutes to Central Festival, Siam Niramit (Thai culture show) and Bangkok Hospital.

By Car & Motorbike (the time is up to traffic hour)
>> 10-20 minutes to Trick Eyes Museum, Upside Down House, Naka Night Market, Street Market, Tiger Kingdom (you can take a photo with real tigers) and Old Phuket Town (Portuguese Style Building Area).
>> 20-30 minutes to beaches such as Patong Beach, Kata & Karon Beach, Phromthep Cape, Rawai and Naiharn Beach.
>> 30-40 minutes to the airport and Splash Jungle Water Park.

TRANSPORTATION from the airport
1. ->>Airport bus > drop at Tesco Lotus and you can walk to The Base Uptown Phuket or I can pick you up from there. Just let me know when you arrive.
->>Airport bus express > drop at Thanachart Bank (the orange bank), the apartment gate is next to this bank.
->>This apartment is quite new and the driver may not know this place so I recommend to tell the driver to stop at Tesco Lotus or Thanachart bank.

2. Taxi > tell the driver to go to The Base Uptown Phuket condominium, it's next to Thanachart Bank (Orange Bank) near the intersection before Tesco Lotus.

3. I can pick you up, if I am free that day.

Monthly rate included water supply & electricity fee, twice a month cleaning and towels & linens changing + other essentials.

Please let me know if you have a car or rent a car because I will give you the car park sticker and key-card. If you don't have them you have to park in front of the apartment. So please inform for your convenience. For motorbike is fine.
