"Enjoyed our 2 nights at this property. The staff were always available, helpful and easy to deal with. The location can’t be beat. If arriving by car, there are two designated spots to leave your vehicle temporarily while loading or unloading but if you’re keeping the car, it will be parked off premise at quite a distance (up to 45 min away). Rooftop bar is worth a drink but prices are expensive and the music totally outdated. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size, clean and fresh. Enjoy Firenze from here and you’re in the heart of the action. Recommended!"

"The hotel had an excellent vibe from the moment we entered the underground car park, which is a real bonus for the centre of Florence. The staff were excellent, the common areas - for food and drinks were really good....and the cocktails, so much fun. The rooms are obviously quirky with the Welcome to Hell vibe, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was superb. Great fun - well done to everyone at the hotel."

"This is a lovely hotel in an old palace in Florence. It has many levels (and therefore lots of stairs!) gorgeous old furniture , painted ceilings in public spaces. It's in walking distance of the train station and of the Duomo. We had a problem with the a/c in our room, but they fixed it promptly."
