Every staff member were incredibly helpful and warm and friendly. Roberto in the dining room was so happy and helpful and the food outstanding! I can hardly wait to come back to Hotel Kraft and Florence!

Excellent location with fantastic dining option and just minutes from SMN train station.
If you are up for a game at the Artemio Franchi Stadium to catch Fiorentina in action, the train ride is just a short 15mins away from the SMN station.
Will definitely choose this hotel in our next visit. "
