Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Didn’t really talk to anyone else. Room was pretty loud even with window upgrades. Couldn’t cool off room so had the windows open when we could.

"The room was spacious and spotless,The staff were amazing ,Many thanks to Albi at reception from the moment I arrived he was friendly ,Knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him ,The hotel is central ,5 minutes walk from the station and from the airport transfer train . Breakfast was ample and the staff once again friendly and helpful ,I highly recommend the Boccaccio Hotel although one note,Ask for a room at the rear as the hotel is located on a corner and the street noise is quite severe "
